Sylvain wavesRiding the waves

The training will focus upon the natural undulatory (golvende) range of movements raising from the earth and moving through our bodies. This rhythms express through waves, impulses and spirals. We will work with partners to connect, communicate and play while being aware of riding the same waves. This approach is playful, sensual, respectful, and give lots of opportunities to develop different ways of moving and relating to the others. It also has a cleansing effect on the body and tends to provide a regain of energy.
