We will work with the grand principle that we are always connected. Using partner work, some known Contact Improvisation exercises and some made up. Al to awaken the sensation of really being in contact. Throughout the class we will follow my logical order: Breath -> Skin -> Weight -> Moving across -> Morphing

Na haar studies (Escola Superior de Dança in Lisbon en de Dance Academy Rotterdam) probeerde ze haar eigen weg te vinden. Na het werken bij diverse gezelschappen was het tijd om iets voor haar zelf te beginnen. Niet wetende waar ze aan begon zag in 2005 Baila Louca het levenslicht, een onafhankelijk platform voor geïmproviseerde dans in Rotterdam.
Tegenwoordig concentreert haar werk zich rond set werk en het geven van workshops. Eerder gaf zij in Nederland les bij ArtEZ (hoge school voor de kunsten) Dansateliers en Danshuis Station Zuid maar ook over de grens in Barcelona, Egypte en Zuid Afrika.
